Teammate Spotlight

Steve
Director of Networks
I've been at Astranis for almost 6 years, since the early days! I deeply believe the opportunity we are chasing is massive, and we have the right team to pull it off. My favorite part is the rate at which you learn here, with all the smart people and different disciplines and resources at your fingertips.

Artie
GNC Engineer
My favorite thing about Astranis is how collaborative everything is. It takes a village to build a satellite and Astranis is just that. We are a couple hundred engineers all working to connect the world!

Mark
Flight Software Engineer
Astranis gave me the opportunity as a young engineer to learn software development from top engineers. I've been trusted with the design of core software components through the full lifecycle from design to production.

Tony
Recruiter
The past two years at Astranis have been nothing but awesome! Having the opportunity to see the team grow from ~50 employees to over 250 has been an incredible journey professionally and personally.

Laszlo
Team Lead, Power
I've been fortunate through my career to have worked on a wide array of interesting and important projects. Astranis has kicked that up to a whole new level. No engineer could ask for more. We're doing something really unique, important and fascinating and I'm very grateful to be part of it.

Roshena
Team Lead, Ground Software
Within my first 4 months at Astranis, I had implemented a control algorithm, tested it in simulation and on real hardware, and deployed it successfully to our first demo satellite in space. Doing this was on my 2-5 year plan, but I got to do it all right out of graduate school! Now, after 4.5 years at Astranis, the ability to own systems end to end here is still one of the coolest things to be a part of.
